We are ONE Team

Whether you are a client or an employee, we want you to feel as though you are part of our team. Forum Phi is, for this reason, proud of its network of professionals that work together in an environment of integrity and happiness. In particular, how everyone genuinely cares about one another which creates a cohesive, respectful setting of creativity and trust.

Our Core Values form the foundation of our culture and business strategy. Our values help shape the way we behave, communicate and interact with others.

Creating a community means making a commitment, and it can’t be done without trust. With an open environment, internally and externally, you can be confident that your opinion will be heard when working with our team. You’re not a client, you are a part of our team.

At our firm, we embrace uniqueness. Let you be you. For us it’s not about conforming, it’s about standing out. Bringing each idea to the table. Our goal is to help our clients and our team members make their mark on the world. Hence, we adapt to your lifestyle and customize a home that’s perfect for you, and only you.

Everyone was built with a desire to excel. To achieve your personal best, one has to express their individual ideas. Let your originality shine. And we apply that brilliance to your structural vision. Fresh and innovative ideas are what we thrive on and we want to share them with you.

We do not give up, we push forward. Forum Phi is eager to meet your needs to get you to the best outcome possible. Devoted to inspiring each other and you with our work.

Being resourceful and versatile is the name of the game. And we are proficient in getting you to your goal in the most efficient manner.

Doing Well By Doing Good

Philanthropy is at the core of who we are. For this reason, we are deeply committed to investing time and energy into the communities where we work. While there is no simple solution to the challenges faced throughout the world, one thing is clear – no one person or organization can make a lasting impact alone. In order to do good, we must work together.

To demonstrate, a percentage of our profits go to nonprofit organizations through volunteer and service, and to date over 4,000 hours have been donated. In essence, Forum Phi believes that an architect gains an acute understanding of the environment by becoming an active member of the community. By exploring local organizations and our cultural climate, whether through volunteering, pro bono projects, sponsorships, and events, or simply enjoying the neighborhoods in which we live, we grow.

4,000 + Hours

Aspen Ski & Snowboard Club (AVSC) - Aspen, CO

Providing youth an opportunity to excel as athletes through winter sports, Forum Phi worked with AVSC to overcome fixed limitations and reconfigured the office to double the amount of space, facilitate growth and increase the impact AVSC has on local youth.

Aspen Historical Society (AHS) - Aspen, CO

The Aspen Historical Society enriches the community by preserving and communicating Aspen’s remarkable history. Here, Forum Phi designed a climate-controlled, fireproof space where historical documents can be stored and protected.

Aspen Center of Environmental Studies (ACES) - Aspen, CO

An environmental education center, ACES provides programs in science and ecological literacy for everyone. Challenged to revive the children’s bird-watching program, Forum Phi used the setting to create a series of custom platform tree houses, providing kids with a “bird’s eye view.”

Basalt Master Plan - Basalt, CO

Donating their time Forum Phi developed three planning options for the Basalt community, to gain crucial data to prioritize and create a collective vision for the town.

Challenge Aspen - Snowmass, CO

With severe constraints and no funding, Challenge Aspen sought to expand the parameters of their space, of which Forum Phi doubled the size while installing a handicapped lift with direct mountain access.

Alameda Point Collaborative (APC) - Alameda, CA

A supportive housing program for homeless families within the decommissioned Alameda Naval Air Station, Forum Phi redesigned APC‘s clinical space to be a functional, contemporary, and sustainable youth career center.

Coastal Repertory Theater - Half Moon Bay, CA

Providing artistic development in all aspects of the theatre for adults and children alike, Forum Phi spearheaded a successful fundraising campaign for the Coastal Repertory Theatre to cover the remodeling costs to redesign the dressing rooms, restrooms, theatre seating, and the stage.
