Overlooking Aspen’s Glory Hole Park, one block from the Aspen Gondola, this two-bedroom, three-bathroom, 1,965 square foot condominium was completely transformed from it’s 1970’s aesthetic to present-day. Removing the concrete subfloor and replacing it with a thinner radiant floor system as well as replacing and raising the ceiling with an updated carefully planned structural system. Forum Phi was able to minimize volume required creating more space throughout the home. In order to allow the client to host more friends and family throughout the year, Forum Phi was also tasked with adding a third bedroom. Between the vast architectural and anatomic changes made, and the creative mix of custom and off-the-shelf furnishings, this ground-level condo now boasts modern living and luxury.
