Forum Phi is currently designing a boutique hotel located two blocks outside of the Aspen core. The design includes replacing the structure with a 23,400 square foot luxury-suite hotel, including nine large suites, a lounge and bar, rooftop deck and pool, onsite affordable housing and sub-grade parking.
STARWOOD VISTA RESIDENCE
7 BED | 7 BATH | 10,750 SF | ASPEN, CO
This spectacular residence has been designed to capture the essence of the mountains featuring sweeping views of the Elk Mountain Range including Aspen and Snowmass Ski Areas. The interior spaces encompass vast living areas to entertain friends, family and future generations as a true legacy home. The inclusion of feature walls throughout the home takes precedence to display the family’s art collection.
VICTORIAN HALLAM HOUSING
3 BUILDINGS | 7 TOTAL UNITS | 7,620 SF | ASPEN, CO
This project is the redevelopment of a historic landmark property. After evaluating the site, Forum Phi designed seven affordable housing units, providing homes for eighteen employees. To preserve the historical elements as the focal point, the structure was relocated into the foreground, thus creating space for additional units. This project not only maintains the character of the town, but creates homes for more residents.
SMUGGLER MOUNTAIN ENCLAVE
30 UNITS | 54 TOTAL BEDROOMS | 37,474 SF | ASPEN, CO
At 37,474 square feet, major requirement was to keep this project as cost-effective as possible with a $300 per square foot construction cost. This project consists of 30 employee housing units built over a covered, sub-grade parking garage. Containing a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units that total 54 bedrooms and will provide 71 Aspen locals with a new home.
