Nine guest rooms, two penthouse suites, onsite affordable housing, and subgrade parking be found one block outside of the Aspen core within a boutique-inspired luxury suite hotel. Within the hotel, a thoughtful interiors palette balanced modern design with the beautiful mountain surroundings. The structure took strides to offset the carbon footprint by including a 20kW photovoltaic system and a ground-source heat pump system that produces 360,000 BTU per hour.
