Members of the Carlsbad community have worked to establish a new center of commerce where friends and family can gather and live fully at hand-picked restaurants, shops, recreational complexes, and more. Forum Phi is working collaboratively with the developer to establish a blend of convenience and class through a multi-use development called the Cascades at Carlsbad. This development will hold six buildings, the first of which is currently under construction.
Building One will provide access to upscale interiors, spacious layouts, and first-class finishes throughout twenty-one residential units and seven retail units. Embracing the local New Mexico style, the stucco façade is paired with arched openings, iron accents, and generous glazing. The design responds creatively to the urban setting at street level while emphasizing the adjacent canal that brings the Pecos River through the property.
