Senior Project Manager/Architect
8+ Years of Industry ExperienceSummary
The Senior Project Manager/Architect is responsible for all drawings, documents, and specifications with specific attention to the technical design of multiple large projects. They are also responsible for training, mentorship, and management of multiple emerging architectural staff as well as additional firm-level responsibilities. Duties may vary according to job assignment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Must have good experience with BIM software
- Ability to manage internally and externally
- Experience with construction administration
- Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to designer staff
- Participates in quality control of multiple projects
- Based in Denver or the Roaring Fork Valley (Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs)
Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000
