For a large family who loves to entertain, and needed additional space to do so, Forum Phi was the perfect choice to turn this traditional outdated home into mountain contemporary. Originally informed that the allowable FAR was 1,800 square feet, the owners reached out for help. Due to Forum Phi’s code expertise, they were able to find an additional 1,925 square feet — making the total increase in space 3,725 interior square feet. This allowed the team to accommodate two additional bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a game room and media room. At 6,800 square feet, the family can host many more people with a full five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
